Shipping Policy

At TCGDISTRO, all products available in the store are sold on a pre-order basis.

📦 Nature of Orders
All products are NOT available for immediate shipment.
By making a purchase, the customer agrees that they are acquiring a pre-order product.

📅 Release Date
Each product includes an estimated release date on its page.

Orders will only be shipped once the product has been officially released and is available in stock.

⏳ Order Processing
Once the product is available, the order will be prepared within 1 to 5 business days.
No shipments are made before the release date.

🚚 Shipping
After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

Due to the nature of the products (TCG):

Release dates may change by the manufacturer, distributor, or publisher.

In case of a delay, the order will be shipped as soon as the product is available.

These changes are beyond our control.
