Return & Refund Policy

At TCGDISTRO, we accept returns within 14 calendar days after the order has been delivered.

PRE-ORDER Products

Products sold as PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE items are subject to specific conditions disclosed prior to purchase.

By purchasing a PRE-ORDER product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• the item is not available for immediate shipment,

• shipment will only occur once the product is officially released and available from the manufacturer/distributor,

• release dates are estimates and may be subject to change,

• and PRE-ORDER purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

These conditions are clearly disclosed within:

• product titles,

• product descriptions,

• Shipping Policy,

• Terms & Conditions,

• and during checkout through mandatory acceptance before payment.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.

• The original packaging must be preserved.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Products NOT Eligible for Return

• PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE products once the order has been confirmed.

• Individual cards (singles) due to the nature of the product.

• Opened booster packs.

• Sealed products that have been opened or tampered with.

• Sale or clearance items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary between 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
